A Sunset Sound Bath & Seasonal CeremonyAs the sun sets on the darkest days of the year, we're invited to slow down, turn inward, and honor the beauty of stillness before the gradual return of the light.
Join us at sunset, a sacred threshold between day and night, for an evening of restorative sound as we honor the turning of the seasons.
Together, we'll create space to rest and release what has run its course, honor the wisdom of the year behind us, and garner seeds of intention that will take root in the darkness and bloom in the light.
Through guided meditation and the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, you'll be invited to soften, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the quiet possibility of what comes next.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, ready to rest, receive, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
A moment to honor the darkness, tend to what is quietly growing within, and trust the return of the light.
