Join Sunee Lewitzky of and Chris Young-Ginzburg of for a special Winter Solstice Sound Bath in partnership with Belos Cavalos.
Celebrate the Winter Solstice—the turning point of the year and a beautiful invitation to pause, reflect, and welcome the return of the light.
Settle into the beautifully decorated, climate-controlled stables and immerse yourself in the deeply resonant sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, gong, chimes, flute, and other instruments, surrounded by the peaceful presence of rescued horses.
There is something uniquely grounding about simply being in the presence of horses. Their quiet awareness and gentle nature invite us to slow down, soften, and become more present.
After the sound bath, meet and greet the horses and gather with us for ceremonial cacao hot chocolate, holiday cookies & seasonal treats while enjoying the magic of the stables decorated for the holidays.
