The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a powerful invitation to slow down, turn inward and reflect before the light begins to return.
Wrapped in soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes and healing instruments, you'll be guided into a state of deep rest where mind and body can unwind, restore and reset.

You will be able to access the centre from 6.20 for a prompt 6.30 start. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be permitted once the sound healing has started.
