WINTER SOLSTICE Soul Ascension Journey – 12/20/2026
You’re invited to join Jere Friedman and the GONGS for this very special healing opportunity. You will use the powerful energies of the Winter Solstice to reconnect with what's really meaningful for you at this pivotal time of year. The Winter Solstice gives us an opportunity to look back at where we’ve been and set our course for the coming year. The Winter season gives us a much-needed fallow space in our lives for rest and introspection. As the daily period of sunlight gradually becomes longer, life marches ceaselessly towards the rebirth and flowering promise that comes with Spring. Each of us stands at a powerful turning point as we reflect and choose “what’s next” on our life’s journey.
Jere will lead you in meditation and chanting, and then use a combination of bowls and gongs to create a powerful fusion of vibrational energy that will transport and transform you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Sunday, December 20, 2026 from 3:00 - 4:30 pm
Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in the Redlands area of Grand Junction. Address provided upon registration.
- Doors open at 2:30. Please arrive before 3:00 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 3:00.
- Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.
WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.
BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Mats and all other props are available at Spiral Light if you prefer not to bring your own. Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
