The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the return of the Sun. A powerful threshold between darkness and light, inviting us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and welcome a new cycle of possibility.

HATHA FLOW | Awaken Your Body
Chaney guides a soulful, heart-opening Hatha Yoga flow to strengthen, stretch, and awaken your vital energy. Move with intention, reconnect with your body, and find your own rhythm.
HEALING BREATHWORK | Clear Your Energy
Gisela leads a guided journey through the breath, creating space to release accumulated stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. An invitation to let go of the old and make room for something new.
CELESTIAL SOUND BATH | Receive & Restore
Melt into deep relaxation as the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and ethereal soundscapes wash over you. A luxurious moment of stillness, integration, and renewal.
THE AFTERGLOW | Gather & Connect
The evening doesn't end when the music fades.
Stay for a cozy, candlelit community gathering with delicious small plates, warm conversation, and genuine connection. Bring a favorite appetizer or side dish to share as we celebrate the season together.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and eye covering. Bring a small plate or appetizer to share afterward.
