The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, a still point when the sun appears to pause before the light begins to return. Join us for an evening practice that gives that pause a shape, with gentle asana, pranayama (breath practices), mantra, and group chanting. We will gather in circle to honor what has come to fruition this year, set intentions for the returning light, and close the evening with warm herbal tea and an Ayurvedic sweet treat.
