About this Event
Inspired by the national movement of Silent Book Clubs, Larkspur is excited to invite all of you to come read and mingle with new, bookish friends at our Winter Silent Book Club!
Bring whatever book you happen to be reading - related to the theme of death, grief or the natural world- to read in companionable silence, then share out about it with new friends.
Even if you choose not to read a death-themed book and just want to read quietly in a death positive space, come join us!
Not sure what to read? The Larkspur library will have a stack of books you can browse for inspiration.
Schedule:
- Meet and chat: 11:00am
- Silent reading: 11:20am
- Mingling before goodbyes: 12:30pm
