Make, blend and bottle your own winter blends

As the days draw in, our bodies ask for something different. Using the wonderful Ygeia plant oils you get to choose and make something, and take it home to use all season.

At this hands-on workshop, you will:

• Blend and bottle two roller-balls from scratch, smelling your way through the oils and choosing what your nose is drawn to. Using Ygeia steam distilled oils (with opportunity to order more for your collection)
• Winter Armour: a bright, clean blend for the colder months to support immunity.
• Women’s Steady Blend: a grounding blend for the days you feel hormonal, frayed or tired out.
• Write your own ritual cards to go with each blend, so they become something you actually use.
• Pull an oracle card for company through the season.

We’ll start with a warming winter shot, drink seasonal herbal tea, and finish with soup and bread by the fire.
