Winter Self Love & Sound
Step into a cosy winter sanctuary and gift yourself a morning of rest, warmth, and self-love.
As the season invites us to slow down and turn inward, this special Christmas edition mini retreat is designed to help you unwind, nourish your body, and reconnect with yourself during the busiest time of year.
Join us for a deeply nurturing workshop of guided gua sha facial ritual and restorative sound healing with Jana and Georgia.
Each guest will receive their own gua sha tool and Neal’s Yard organic facial oils to use and take home.
Jana will gently guide you through soothing facial massage techniques to melt away tension, soften the jaw and neck, and bring a natural, radiant glow to your skin. A beautiful self-care ritual to support circulation, release stagnation and encourage deep relaxation.
Everything you need will be lovingly provided, so you can simply settle in and receive.
we will pause for home baked treats and herbal teas.
You’ll then be invited to fully rest as Georgia guides you through a calming sound journey. Beginning with gentle grounding meditation and flowing into the soothing tones of alchemy crystal bowls and healing instruments, this immersive experience will help quiet the mind, release stress, and restore balance.
Allow your nervous system to soften, your body to unwind and your mind to become still, leaving you feeling nourished, restored and held.
