Threshold is a signature Circa sauna session that explores what happens on either side of the heat.
This isn't your typical sauna visit.
Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment.
This is Circa's more dynamic experience, where progressive heat, powerful waves of steam, energizing music, and refreshing cold resets create a rhythm of contrast and release.
Expect a stronger sensory experience, moments that invite you to lean in, and space to recover between rounds. The intensity builds, but the pace is always yours to choose.
What to expect
- 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna.
- 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath.
- 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
No sauna experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.

Bring swimwear, water, and something warm to wear afterward. We'll take care of the rest.
