About this Event
An invitation to experience Circa before everyone else.
Some things are better experienced than explained.
We're kicking off our winter sauna programming with The First Burn: an intimate, invitation-only gathering for the first people to experience Circa Sauna Sessions.
This isn't your typical sauna visit.
Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment. Expect wood-fired heat, aromatic steam, music that builds with the temperature, and a few moments of cool winter air before returning for one final round.
It's equal parts heat, ritual, and human connection. A different way to spend time together.
What to expect
- 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna.
- 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath.
- 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
No sauna experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
