Big Sky is inspired by stepping out of a hot sauna into the cool Alberta air.
This isn't your typical sauna visit.
Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment.
Expect invigorating transitions, space to breathe, and the unmistakable feeling of returning to warmth after a moment in the cold. Grounding, refreshing, and distinctly connected to the place we call home.
What to expect
- 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna.
- 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath.
- 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
No sauna experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.

Bring swimwear, water, and something warm to wear afterward. We'll take care of the rest.
