Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Friday lunchtime of each month at 12.30pm at St John’s Church, Midsomer Norton: a 45-minute concert of mainly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café from midday where you can meet friends for a chat before the concert.This month's programme features plenty of ice and snow, with sleigh rides and magical evocations of wintry landscapes: music by Purcell, Schubert, Delius, Tchaikovsky, Glazunov, Debussy and Palmgren.
