As the days become shorter and life begins to slow, Winter invites us to do the same. So often we’re busy looking after everyone else that we forget to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.
This beautiful afternoon is your invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a few precious hours being nurtured.
Join Tracy for a cosy, uplifting afternoon where you’ll be surrounded by warmth, kindness and like-minded women as we embrace the quieter energy of the season.
✨ Together we’ll enjoy:
🤍 A welcoming Winter Goddess Circle
🔮 Oracle cards and intuitive crystal guidance
🥁 Gentle drumming and a releasing ritual
🌿 Create your own comforting Winter Wellness roller blend
📝 Quiet journalling and self-reflection
💌 Write a heartfelt letter to your future self to open in Spring
🎶 A deeply restorative sound journey with hand pan, drums and chimes
💛 Time to simply slow down, reconnect and be.
You’ll leave with your personalised roller blend, your chosen crystal, your oracle message and, hopefully, a calmer mind, a fuller heart and the gentle reminder that it’s okay to rest.
Because just like nature, we aren’t meant to bloom all year round.
