Connecting to the heart and the fire element within.
As we shift gears into winter, preparing for winter solstice. It is a potent time to gather around the fire.
Come and join us for a gathering of community & connection.
We will gather to welcome the winter, to cleanse, to release, to connect.
The night will open with a cacao, rose & hawthorn infused ceremony, followed by qigong & free movement flow. Allowing the body to start to release stagnant energy.
We will work to cleanse summer heat away from the body and move into the inward element of water.
There will be stillness and time to journal and reflect on what is needed to let go of.
Anything that may be holding us back before enjoying a soothing sound bath to balance and cleanse your energy.
Leave feeling cleansed, connected and clear.
Gathering for food, connection and marshmallows around the fire before the night closes, connecting with the dark sky.
Bring your own food and snacks to eat or pay a little extra for a wholesome vegan sweet potato chilli.
Bring your own drum or instrument if you have one, but I also have spare.
