Emma Wootton – Reflexologist, Emma Wootton Wellbeing Emma is a qualified reflexologist who'll guide you through a soothing facial crystal reflexology treatment, using gentle pressure-point techniques and calming oils to release tension and restore balance.
Mita – Love Your Presence will immerse you in a Reiki-infused sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Her holistic approach, rooted in Reiki, meditation and sound healing, helps harmonise your energy and invite deep peace into body and mind.
Session Objectives:
