About this Event
Dussehra is traditionally a celebration of the victory of good over evil. But what if the most important battle is not happening around us, but within us? This reflective conversation explores the inner habits—anger, ego, fear, attachment, and negative thinking—that can quietly take away our freedom and peace. Through practical spiritual insights and meditation, discover how to move from reacting to life to responding with greater awareness, strength, and choice.
Facilitator: Rona Schweitz
Dr. Rona Schweitz is a physician, meditation teacher, author, and coordinator of the Brahma Kumaris Manhattan Meditation Center.
