We’re teaming up with The Cheese Parlor for a special Wine Wednesday next week.
Our Livermore Wine Flight will be served with cheeses selected specifically to pair with the wines, giving you a chance to taste each pour on its own and then see what happens when you add the right cheese alongside it.
The owner of The Cheese Parlor will also be joining us at the shop to talk through the pairings, share a little more about the cheeses, and explain why each one works with the wine it was chosen for.
If you’ve ever wondered why certain cheeses seem to completely change a wine, this is a fun way to actually taste the difference for yourself.
No stuffy wine class, either. Just a special flight, some really good cheese, and a chance to learn a little while you drink.
