Join us on November 13 from 6 PM to 8.30 PM for a tasting tailored to the season, as we move from the warm days of fall into the festive weeks ahead.Led in in a private home in Scripps Ranch, by local French wine importer Josh Ceazan, learn about hand picked wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône, and the Loire Valley.
The six featured wines, all from small, family-run, organic estates, include light, bright pours for sunny days, heartier bottles for cooler evenings, and plenty of festive options for the holiday table.
Josh will share the stories behind each bottle, and all wines tasted will be available afterward at discounted, direct-from-exporter prices, ideal for holiday gatherings or gift giving.
This event, which will be paired with a gourmet buffet is a must for those wanting a momentary escape to the French countryside through the transportive power of wine and food.
Each of the six wines has been hand-selected as a true expression of its region and paired with a seasonal dish.
Chablis 2024 → Smoked salmon blinis with crème fraîche, dill & lemon
Les Pipelettes Le Rouge 2024 → Pâté crostini with cornichon and assortment of veggies
Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits 2022 → Charcuterie platter and bread/ crackers
Château Micalet Haut-Médoc 2022 → gougères (cheese puffs)
Domaine Maby Variations Côtes du Rhône 2023 → French cheese platter and bread/ crackers
