About Preface:
Preface started with a simple observation: the wine world has a way of making people feel like they're either in the club or they're not. We thought that was worth changing.
So we opened a room in Pineapple Grove, in the heart of Delray Beach, where curiosity is the only thing you need to walk in with. By day we're a wine shop. Browse the shelf, scan a label, learn a little about what's in the bottle before you open it. At 4pm the lights warm up, the shelves slide back, and we become a wine bar built around finding your next favorite. https://preface.wine
