💡 In this workshop, you will:
- Explore your own personal “Sonny Story” using a guided reflection framework.
- Learn and build a personalized Breathing Well routine for real-life stress moments.
- Practice tools for healthy communication, boundary-setting, and self-expression.
- Connect with others through shared stories and experiences.
- Identify one intentional action what we call a “Sonny Moment” to carry forward.
- Leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and clear about how to keep breathing well.
Whether you're a healer, a creative, an advocate, a student, a parent, or simply someone seeking clarity this workshop isn’t about fixing yourself it’s about honoring who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going. Come as you are and leave with a story, a breath, and a next step.
All materials will be provided including pens/pencils, a sonny story reflection worksheet to help participants map their personal journey, a breathing well routine card as a take-home tool to build and track calming practices, and a sonny moment action plan worksheet to identify and commit to one meaningful next step.

💡 In this workshop, you will:
- Reflect on self-sabotaging patterns that block connection with yourself.
- Identify self-care activities that you enjoy for joy, reflection, and pleasure so you feel less lonely.
- Identify your values to establish a higher understanding of who you are and the experience you want to have in relationships.
- Create and write a personalized "Love Letter" to yourself to use as a visual reminder.
- Engage in a communal self-love affirmation exercise.
Whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between, this workshop is your permission slip to slow down, tune in, and evolve in love with the person you spend the most time with, which is YOU.
All materials will be provided including pens/markers, scissors, self-sabotaging patterns worksheet, self-care activities worksheet, my values worksheet, and blank love letter for you to personalized.

- Reflect about and identify your unique strength or skill that you bring to the community.
- Reflect about and identify one issue that impacts communities of color.
- Practice deep listening and effective communication to foster community connection.
- Engage in group-based visioning and solution building that contributes each person unique strength or skill to solve the issues that communities of color experience.
- Establish an action plan that you can commit to beyond the workshop.
Whether you’re an artist, activist, educator, healer, or simply someone ready to show up differently in this workshop and beyond it your presence matters and so does your vision.
