A fall afternoon is a perfect time for chocolate and wine, especially in good company and for a good cause. All proceeds from ticket sales will pay for medications for children through the Meds4Kids initiative. We'll start with chocolate. Katya Sultanova will lead a tasting of different varieties and explain what real chocolate is, how it's made, and where its wide range of flavors comes from.
Then comes the wine: five unexpected wines, one secret wine, and six small bites created to pair with them. We'll travel from the Pyrenees through the Alps and the Balkans to the Caucasus, with indigenous grapes, surprising pairings, and a bit of wine history along the way.
Come taste something unfamiliar, compare flavors, argue about your favorites, and help children get the treatment they need.

Wine & Chocolate:
