This isn't your grandma's wine lecture - our 1-0-1 tastings are a lively exploration of decoding the basics of wine, uncovering the secrets that lie behind each sip, and helping you gain more confidence in navigating the diverse world of grapes.

For this month's Wine 101, we'll be exploring the best of the bubbles with four of our favourite sparkling wines. No matter the reason or the season, we're suckers for sparkling wine and can't wait to share the wine ranges across regions and varieties.
