About this Event
Windy City Shorts is a place for Chicago moviemakers to show their short (ie. under 10 minutes) work. You put the time into making something, now you want to watch it with an audience (we get it, we’re all narcissists at heart). That’s what we’re here for!!!!!!
We want to be a consistent outlet for new work in the Chicago movie making scene. There are no judges and there are no winners, just a receptive audience interested in watching a smorgasbord of short (really can’t emphasize that part enough! Everything needs to be under 10 minutes long - the shorter the movies, the more we’re able to screen!) movies.
Submitting is free, and all types of movies are welcome, but our main rule is that you have to attend in person (and buy a ticket) for us to actually screen your movie.
