This event is open to everyone—veterans, families, community organizations, local leaders, and members of the public. Stop by, meet our team, tour the office, learn about our services, and help us celebrate this exciting new chapter for Williamson County veterans.
Light snacks and refreshments will be available.
📸 Help Us Honor Our Veterans
We will be collecting photographs of family members and friends who served in the military to display in our office entryway. Please bring a copy of a photograph with the following information written on the back, if available:
• Veteran’s name
• Rank
• Branch of service
• Years of service
🥫 Donations for Veterans
We will also accept optional donations of unopened, nonperishable, grab-and-go items for veterans experiencing homelessness or hardship. Helpful items include:
• Protein or granola bars
• Beef jerky
• Peanut butter or cheese crackers
• Tuna or chicken pouches
• Pop-top canned meals
• Fruit cups or applesauce pouches
• Individual cereal packages
• Trail mix and nuts
• Bottled water
• Sports drinks, soda, coffee, and coffee supplies
Photographs and food donations are appreciated but are not required to attend. Please come as you are—everyone is welcome!
