Join Mountaineer and Photographer George Robertson for an evening of tales from his incredible travels as a Trek leader guiding groups to the summit of Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. George will take us on a journey to one of the most impressive mountains in the world, from the jungles at its base to the snow littering its slopes.
George Robertson is an award-winning photographer based in Lennoxtown, with a passion for mountains and wild landscapes. He is also a qualified Mountain Leader and this provides the opportunities to capture images of remote areas around the world in addition to capturing Scotland's wild and rugged landscapes.
