Wild Woman RisingUntamed – Sensual – Sacred
This weekend is an invitation to return to the wisdom of your body, to the places where sensuality, pleasure, instinct and expression may have been hidden, shamed, silenced or forgotten.
Together, we will explore the element of Water as a gateway into emotion, release and deep inner softening.
Through dance, ritual, somatic practices and womb connection, you will be guided into a deeper relationship with your body’s truth.
We will explore body painting, as a way to honour and reclaim the body as our own. There's the option to work on bare or naked skin. Everything is invited and nothing is required. You set your own pace and stay in choice throughout.
We will meet the archetypal forces of Lilith and Kali, the sensual serpent woman, the ecstatic dancer, the one who has never apologised for her hunger or her freedom. We will meet them not as concepts, but as living energies of wildness, liberation, creation and sacred power.
You will be invited to explore what has been repressed, what longs to be expressed, and what is ready to be seen.
This is a space to reclaim pleasure, the fire within, sensuality , and remember the snake-wisdom of the body: instinctive, alive, untamed and deeply holy.
This workshop will be at Gaia, a beautiful yurt on the land of Leela, a place of healing and nature. The elements themselves will be part of the journey, woven through everything we do. And we move through it together, in sisterhood and in community, because this kind of remembering is not meant to be done alone.
