Wild Woman Flow is a liberating yoga practice designed to ignite your intuition, unleash stagnant energy, and celebrate your feminine power. Expect intuitive movement, breath-work, and grounding sequences that connect you deeply with your body, the earth, and your inner rhythms. This is a space where there is no right or wrong — only truth, freedom, and fierce softness.
Sound healing helps clear energetic blockages, ease physical tension, and open the door to higher states of consciousness. As the vibrations ripple through you, they create space for deep rest, renewal, and realignment with your highest self.
You will end the session by lying down, getting cosy and feeling the full effects of the Sound-bath and all it's vibrations.
