Chances are you're a giver. You give to everyone in your sphere of influence, your family, your work....this is a time to pour into yourself. You are worthy to receive all the love and support you give.
This is your Wild Return to yourself. Your devotion to your own personal self care, self love and self discovery. Come as you are. There's no experiemce necessary. This is not a space of performance or proving. This is an opportunity to show up for yourself in your mess and in your glory.

Water
Dress in clothing you feel lovely in and you're able to practice movement in
If you'd like to bring your own pillow or blanket please feel free. We have blankets and bolsters at the studio
***Our energy exchange is a sliding scale $35-$75. Please pay what you feel called to within our scale. Thank you.
Tickets are non transferable to other events and non refundable. If you are unable to make it you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Thank you for honoring us as we honor you.
