This container: A Sacred, Grounded, Sensual, Playful and Wildly
Crafted musical journey into our Hearts and Bodies with Ourselves, Spirit and our Community PARTICULARLY inviting the aspect of Voice in our dance, when inspired...
In these Powerful and Potent times… our Hearts and Souls need to dance, to tune in with our bodies, honoring all that we are and feel, and to be held in Community. This dance practice is an invitation for us to Collectively Embody and tap into the wisdom of the Earth and Spirit that moves through us when we gather and move together in sacred ways. YOUR participation and presence helps us generate this Sacred Space for us all.
Solo and Connected Dancing is Welcome.
This is a Sacred Space — Reverence and Respect for ourselves and each other is at the core of this practice.
We gather around 9pm for a closing circle to drink in and feel the nourishment what we have generated together and send out to the larger community.
You are invited to come for the whole dance journey and help us create the sacred container.

Red Road~Rose/Indigenous Ceremonialist, Music Educator, Recording Artist of healing vocals/instrumentals for Sacred Mother Earth~ her dance container invites folks to drop IN deeply and be danced gradually, steadily, FULLY tapping into their deep lusciousness and wonder, moving through stuck/stress/trauma patterns in the muscle memory, and even encouraging vocal sounding (with deep listening+sensitivity of fellow dancers) as part of our full body's opening .✨
Meredith invites a deep bathing and WILD immersion in both
solo, as well as, connected dancing, for the re-CALIBRATION of Self and Other~~~
Ren Madrone - Medicine Woman
"With 25 plus years work in the healing fields my work all centers around releasing the habituated emotions that become disease patterns. I engage a collection of tools: shamanic work, ayurveda, western herbalism, body work, dance, yoga to serve in returning to self. I know this to be true: the body shows the way and is the map of your journey. You can re discover your health, through your senses."
