Join us for an exciting in-person adventure exploring the Alford Forest floor! We will look at two main types of wild mushrooms: edible boletes and edible gilled mushrooms (russulas, chanterelles and others). You will also get straightforward cooking instructions. Please wear comfortable walking clothes and boots/shoes, dress for the weather, bring a bag or basket for mushrooms, and water and snacks as required. Dive into the world of wild mushroom foraging at , where you'll learn to identify delicious and safe mushrooms straight from nature. Let's enjoy a day out in the fresh air!
