About this Event
Join Our Wild Food Walk & Wild Grazing Table Experience.
Join me at Tellus Mater Meadow for a small, intimate day celebrating the wild foods of spring and seasonal abundance around us.
We’ll begin with a cup of seasonal herbal tea and some homemade wild biscuits before heading out into the surrounding area and Tellus Mater meadow for a beginner’s wild food wander. We’ll take our time identifying some of the edible plants and seasonal treasures around us, learning how to recognise, gather and use them safely along the way.
After our walk, we’ll return to the meadow shelter for a relaxed wild grazing table lunch, bringing together seasonal, locally sourced and foraged ingredients to create a generous table of things to taste and enjoy.

A few things to know...
Tellus Mater Meadow is a working smallholding and natural outdoor environment. The ground can be uneven and muddy, and there is livestock, fencing, natural watercourses and other rural hazards on site.
This experience is designed for adults and those over 16, and is intended as a relaxed introduction to wild food and seasonal eating rather than a strenuous hike.
Full meeting and arrival details will be provided after booking.
Places are strictly limited to eight.
This is a small group experience, giving us plenty of time to explore, chat, taste and enjoy the meadow without rushing.
If your party is a bigger group please email me directly for alternative dates/options.
