Booking Confirmation
Your space is only confirmed once payment of over £50 has been received. Until payment is recieved, your spot may be offered to someone else.
If you need to cancel your spot, please let me know as soon as possible and read the cancellation policy below.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the retreat will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat will result in the deposit being retained.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the retreat, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
You may, however, transfer your booking to a future retreat of equal value (subject to availability).
If, for any reason, I need to cancel or postpone, you’ll be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future date that suits you.
