About this Event
This GooseFest, join us at the Montrose Basin Visitor Centre to spot pink-footed geese from the shore, play goose games, and then do some goose pottery painting with the Funky Wee Teapot, who will be joining us for the second half of the activity.
Child tickets are £10 each to cover the cost of the pottery flying geese. If you would like to buy an extra pottery goose to paint, they're £6 each. You can buy an extra ticket now (e.g. if an adult would like to paint one!), or there will be the option to pay for extra geese on the day.
GooseFest
GooseFest (1-11 October) is a celebration of the tens of thousands of pink-footed geese that Montrose Basin is internationally important for. October is when the numbers of geese usually peak on the reserve, and they are best seen at sunrise and sunset. See the full GooseFest programme of events here.
