Get ready to mix scents and solve a killer mystery in this fun candle-making adventure!About this Event
Love true crime, M**der mysteries, and candles? This experience was made for you.
What starts as a relaxing candle-making experience quickly takes a turn when you discover there’s been a M**der—and everyone has a story.
Welcome to Wicks & Witnesses, an interactive candle-making M**der mystery experience at ABT Collective. You'll create your own soy candle while a fictional M**der investigation unfolds throughout the evening.
Between pouring your candle and choosing your fragrance, you'll be introduced to the victim and a group of suspects who all have something to hide. New evidence will be revealed throughout the experience, including witness statements, timelines, financial records, photographs, and a few details that may not mean what you initially think they do.
Your job?
Follow the evidence. Catch the lies. Connect the clues. And figure out who killed Camille before the case is closed.
But be careful—just because someone is lying doesn't mean they're the killer.
🕯️ Candle Making Meets M**der Mystery
This isn't a traditional M**der mystery where guests have to dress in character, memorize a script, or perform in front of the room. You are the investigators.
You'll work through the case while enjoying the full ABT Collective candle-making experience. Come with friends, bring a date, or put your true-crime obsession to the test on your own.
Your experience includes:
- Creating your own 100% soy wax candle to take home
- An original interactive M**der mystery case
- Suspect profiles, clues, evidence and unexpected twists
- Time to investigate and make your final accusation
- Themed photobooth fun
- Light snacks and refreshments
- Plenty of opportunities to debate your theories with your fellow investigators
- Bragging rights if you catch the killer!
🔎 Can You Solve the Case?
Everyone has a connection to the victim.
Everyone has a story.
And almost everyone is hiding something.
The question is whether you can separate the secrets from the evidence before making your final accusation.
Only 8 investigators will be assigned to each case, keeping the experience small, intimate and interactive.
