If you have been wanting to try Pilates- HERE is your sign! Join us at BODYBAR Lake Norman for a 50 minute reformer Pilates class, spooky sips, and scary sales! Come in your best costume or as yourself! Grip socks are required- you can bring your own or purchase in the studio. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign the waver and get set up. Beginners are welcome! Only 14 spots available, so grab your bestie a ticket too and meet us at the BAR- if you DARE!
