Price includes coach and ticket in the Stalls (rows J,K,L,M,N&O) for the 2.30pm matinee show.(Tickets alone are usually £87pp) WICKED tells the incredible untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two young women who first meet as sorcery students at Shiz University: the blonde and very popular Glinda and a misunderstood green girl named Elphaba. Following an encounter with The Wonderful Wizard, their friendship reaches a crossroads and their lives take very different paths. Glinda's unflinching desire for popularity sees her seduced by power while Elphaba's determination to remain true to herself, and to those around her, will have unexpected and shocking consequences for her future. Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
The plan is to arrive in London not too long before the show is due to begin, the show then finishes around 5.30pm. You will have a few hours after the show to have a meal and a drink, before the coach picks you up again. Alternatively, a bit of sightseeing! Buckingham Palace is just a 12 minute walk. Big Ben is only a 20 minute walk, so you could have a bit of a wander if you would like. It should still be light at that time of the day in September! Just make sure you are back in the right place to catch the coach home… Children under 5 will not be admitted. The doors open at 1pm, so feel free to go straight in to the Theatre.
