During the blooming class
We will look for more space for vulnerability, self-acceptance, and connection. We also explore how vulnerability can actually be a strength and how you can deal with it in daily life.
What are we exploring?
We discuss why it can be so difficult to be honest about hardship, shame, and disappointment. We also look at the need for more resilience, more humanity, and more room for resistance and friction.
With theories of Paul Verhaeghe, Jean Twenge and Keith Campbell, Brené Brown, and McAdams. Their work helps us understand how identity, self-image, vulnerability, and the stories we tell ourselves are connected.
