Maybe you’re still thinking about your ex, replaying what happened, questioning what went wrong, struggling with triggers, or feeling like part of you is ready to move forward while another part keeps getting pulled back.
Better After the Breakup™ is a FREE 2-hour interactive self-discovery workshop for men and women who feel stuck after the end of a romantic relationship and want to better understand WHY they are having such a difficult time letting go.
Facilitated by Mari Byrd “Coach G,” Certified Relationship Coach, this workshop is designed to help you identify some of the thoughts, emotions, attachments, patterns, and habits that may be keeping you emotionally connected to your ex.
During this interactive workshop, we’ll explore reality vs. fantasy, breakup patterns, triggers and habits, attachment and grief, and where you may currently be in your breakup journey.
This workshop is not about telling you to “just get over it.” It’s about helping you understand what may be keeping you stuck so you can begin taking intentional steps toward healing.
You may not walk into this workshop completely healed—and that isn’t the expectation. This can be the start of your healing process. The goal is to leave with greater self-awareness, a clearer understanding of your “WHY,” and a starting point for moving forward.
