Helena Day is a PCC-certified Subconscious Mastery Coach and Hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience working with founders and senior leaders on the patterns that cap what they build — working with the subconscious, the body and the nervous system, where those patterns are held and where they can actually be changed.
She developed the Four Binds — Standards, Pace, Receiving and Exposure — across ten years of client work. It is the framework behind her debut book, Unbound: What’s Really Holding You Back at the Edge of More, published in August 2026.
She coaches one to one, runs group programmes, and works with leadership teams across Singapore and the wider region.
She lives in Bali.
