A workshop for women who are tired of the same struggles and want to understand what keeps repeating in their lives.
This two hour workshop is for the woman who is struggling and doesn’t understand why. The one who keeps having the same fight with her partner, goes to bed upset, or feels like she’s had enough of keeping everyone happy while she’s unhappy herself.
You might know exactly what bothers you, or simply find yourself wondering, “is this all there is to life?”
Together, we’ll explore how childhood experiences and what you learned from your mother, father, society, and religion may still influence your relationships, your reactions, and how you feel about yourself.
I’ll guide you through a childhood wounds reflection exercise, then we’ll talk about what you noticed and how it connects to your life today. We’ll also explore relationships as a mirror, looking at what your reactions can reveal about the feelings and beliefs you carry.
We’ll finish with music, gentle movement, and a light meditation and breathing exercise.
You don’t need any previous experience, and you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Please wear light, comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, and bring a notebook and pen for the reflection exercise. There is a changing area if you prefer to change when you arrive.
Come with something you’d like to understand about yourself.
