WHO RUNS THE YARD?
Garland, TX—the yard is calling! On December 5, 2026, the Theta Nu Sigma Step Program brings you the 21st Annual Who Runs the Yard Step Competition. Twenty-one years of tradition. A floor full of contenders. And a crowd that knows when a team brings the heat.
Up to 20 teams will pull up with hard-hitting steps, precision, and something to prove. Expect bold entrances, unexpected moves, and performances that have you out of your seat. With this preliminary competition leading toward the StageBreakers Step National Championship, every team has a reason to leave it all on the floor.
This is where the step community shows up and shows out. Alumni, bring that old-school pride. Families, get loud for your steppers. Fans, bring your whole crew. And teams—bring the performance you want the yard to remember.
