Why White Ribbon Day?
White Ribbon Australia works to prevent men’s violence against women. It engages men and boys, workplaces, schools, sporting clubs and communities in creating safer, more respectful cultures. Its focus is prevention: changing the attitudes, behaviours and conditions that allow gender inequality, disrespect and violence to happen.
That’s why everyone is welcome. Bring your sisters, mums and friends, and your sons and partners too. We can stand together and support each other.
