Work With REI Capital Group: Build a Scalable Capital Strategy
Learn how serious real estate investors can work with REI Capital Group to prepare for, request, and use a line of credit of up to $25 million to support an investment business. The session will cover the investor’s track record, deal pipeline, financial documentation, capital needs, and a plan for deploying and repaying funds. Jerry will also explain how the Proven REI Marketing System and the right tax, legal, and title professionals support growth.
The $25 million figure is a potential program ceiling, not a funding promise. Any line of credit would depend on eligibility, underwriting, approval, and the applicable terms.

The training brings together national speakers around four pillars of real estate investing: capital, tax, legal, and title. Sessions focus on using private and alternative capital, building the right professional team, and applying REI Capital Group’s Proven REI Marketing System.
Day Program
Thursday, October 8 — Arrival and connections Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Jerry Patricio de los Reyes opens the event, followed by an opening prayer from Pedro Fernandez. The Welcome White Party runs 7:00–11:00 PM, with food, drinks, a DJ, and an all-white dress code.
Friday, October 9 — National speakers and Power Training 9:00 AM–12:00 PM: REI Power Panel with national speakers and continental breakfast. 12:00–1:00 PM: included lunch. 1:00–5:00 PM: Exclusive RBP Power Training, including capital strategies, deal evaluation, investor relationships, and the Proven REI Marketing System. 8:30 PM: included REI Team Dinner.
Saturday, October 10 — Relationships and celebration REI Beach & Pool Bash with food and drinks included. Attendees can continue conversations with speakers and fellow investors throughout the day. The evening is set aside for dinner with spouses or guests.

Charles Richardson Uncommon Realtor; a major real estate investor in Arizona. He will speak about investing at scale and building relationships.
Ryan Kuhlman Former president of a national real estate investors organization and founder of Florida Home Solutions. He will share investor leadership and deal experience.
Julio Marrero Founder of Gable Title, with more than 30 years of real estate investment experience. He will cover the title and closing side of a deal.
Carl Fisher Owner of CamaPlan, which supports the event. He will discuss self-directed 401(k)s and IRAs and the role of a third-party custodian.
Jerry brings experience building homes and professional office buildings, completing fix-and-flip projects, and identifying value that initial market opinions may overlook. He has sold renovated properties for more than $500,000 above earlier pricing opinions. At the retreat, he’ll lead the REI Capital Group training on alternative capital, the Proven REI Marketing System, and preparing to pursue a business line of credit of up to $25 million, subject to underwriting and approval.
I’ll use “earlier pricing opinions” for the brochure rather than “over market value,” since the sale price is itself evidence of market value.
