❄️🌿✨ WHISPERS OF WINTER ✨🌿❄️A Morning of Winter Magik, Nature & Herbal Traditions
📅 Saturday 31st October
⏰ 10am – 12:30pm
📍 New Earth Wellbeing, 15 Chalmers Street, Dunfermline
💜 The Exchange: £25
As the seasons turn and we begin to welcome the colder, darker months, join us for another beautiful morning of nature, connection, intention and winter magik.
We’ll begin at New Earth Wellbeing, where together we’ll prepare our own jar of traditional Winter Cough Syrup to take home. 🌿🍯
While the magik begins to happen in our jars, we’ll wrap up warm and wander into the beautiful Pittencrieff Park.
Amongst some of the park’s oldest trees, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply and take time to reconnect with the earth beneath our feet. 🌳
✨ Our morning will include:
🌿 Making your own jar of Winter Cough Syrup to take home
🌳 Connecting and grounding amongst the ancient trees
🍂 A mindful walk through beautiful Pittencrieff Park
🧘♀️ A Guided Energizing Meditation surrounded by nature
💜 Time to simply slow down, reconnect and recharge
We’ll then make our way back to New Earth Wellbeing to collect our winter creations.
A beautiful morning to honour the changing season and nurture Mind • Body • Soul • Spirit as we move towards winter. ❄️
💜 The Exchange: £25 per person
✨ Limited spaces available — booking essential
Come and listen to the Whispers of Winter… 🌳❄️✨
