- Rare Access to the Center Church Crypt: Center Church opens its historic crypt only once a month, meaning Sunday, October 11th is your only chance to step inside during the entire month of October! Hear the stories of who is buried under the floorboards then descend into the sanctuary tp find an intact colonial burying ground with over a hundred historic headstones dating back to the 1600s.
- The Secret Under the Green: Long before it was the civic heart of New Haven, the Green was the colony’s first official cemetery. Learn what really lies beneath the grass today and how everyday footpaths overlap with centuries of history as we walk by on our way to Grove St.
