Hi, I’m Dawid, Bar Manager at MM Atmosphere, with over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for cocktails, spirits and creating memorable guest experiences. Whisky is a category I particularly enjoy exploring, especially the differences in style, flavour and how it can be paired with food. For me, a good tasting should be informative without feeling too formal - relaxed, engaging and enjoyable for both whisky enthusiasts and people who are just starting to discover it.
