DOUBLE FIVE STAR EdFringe REVIEWS
’hypnotic enough to stop time itself’
It’s all in that title, really, a family saga about men, women and whisk(e)y… what’s not to love!
Currently to be seen in Series 3 of the BBC's award-winning BLUE LIGHTS and fresh from the Lyric Belfast and London, Joyce Greenaway is thrilled to perform her ’blistering’ solo show in the gloriously atmospheric The Harrison Chambers of Distinction on the Malone Road, Belfast. For one night only.
Laced with dry Northern Irish wit, casked in raw emotion, it's a story you won’t forget.
Oh... and it was placed in the Top10% of 4000+ scripts in the BBC Writersroom Open Call, has sold out in Edinburgh, Belfast, Bangor and London, was invited to represent NI at the prodigious Bozar Brussels and has led directly to several writing commissions which are currently in pre or post production.
Hypnotic, powerful, beautifully written… Go and inhale @JoMacsween
Hairs standing on the back of the necks stuff @stevenatkinson84 Head of Producing & Partnerships, Royal Court, London
Outrageously talented… we were FLOORED…@hellopopelei Theatre
Greenaway has also worked with Sandi Toksvig, Georgia Pritchett (Succession) & Alice Birch (Normal People), her own GEORGE & THE DRAGON won Best UK Short Film at The Oxford International Film Festival - and gamers may recognise hers as the only NI voice in Ubisoft’s WATCH DOGS: LEGION
So... watch the promo👇book your tickets, then sit back and enjoy this family drama as you sip away on your own wee dram! (Discount for ticket holders)
