Come join us at the MEow Lounge for our ever-loved, all levels meditation class. This is a ~45 minute guided meditation surrounded by the soft purrs of the lounge cats, with some extra time in the beginning and end to enjoy and explore the space.
Bring a yoga mat or pillow if you'd like, or you're welcome to use a lounge pillow or chair. Extra yoga mats will be available, so don't feel the need to buy a new one (unless you need an excuse to, then definitely go buy one).
Pre-register today, space is very limited! Proceeds for the event will be donation matched and sent right back to the Lounge cats!
