While You Wait is a welcoming, supportive group designed for service members and veterans who are in that in-between space—preparing for deployment, waiting for a TRICARE referral, waiting for a VA Community Care Network (CCN) referral, or simply looking for connection and support.
While you wait, you can:
- Build resilience and strengthen your mindset
- Learn practical tools you can use right away
- Connect with others who understand military life
- Learn more about therapy and what to expect
- Prepare for deployment or your next step in care
- Invest in your well-being—starting now

Active duty and preparing to deploy
Build skills and strengthen your readiness before you go.
Waiting for a TRICARE referral
